Dear guests,

I cook only, strictly natural, seasonally with the very best quality produce from our local farmers; to bring you the healthiest and most creative menu possible.
Due to the extremely high labour intensity this entails, I cannot always accommodate any allergies or personal eating habits.
These therefore need to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, with no guarantee that I will be able to adjust the menu or dishes.

For adjustment we can ask a supplement.

If the adaptation is not possible, we will inform you in good time.
